Training course on Digital Mental Health
Infodemic: Path to Wellness
The “Infodemic – Path to Wellness” training course is designed to equip educators, youth workers, and trainers with knowledge, skills and non-formal educational methods to guide young people through the digital world while prioritizing mental well-being.
The focus is on enhancing digital competencies and Digital citizenship awareness, understanding of pathways to mental health, and promotion of responsible use of digital technologies. Participants will co-develop and test a toolkit on digital competencies and eWellness in their home countries during the local practice. The group will consist of 24 participants from seven countries. A priority during the selection is given to applicants with
fewer opportunities and those facing cultural, economic, or social challenges.
Training Course in Germany:
The first part will be held in the Alpine area from November 1st to November 8th, 2024. The focus will be on Digital Citizenship, creating healthy relationships with the digital world, and facilitation skills. Location: Labenbachhof gGmbH .
Local Part:
From November 11th, 2024, to February 28th, 2025, each participant must organize a local piloting event using the techniques and skills gained during the training course in Germany.
Training Course in Madeira, Portugal:
The final part will be held in March 2025 from 21st to the 28th, focusing on Mental Health, Mindfulness techniques, and their use for Digital Well-being .
Mental Health Literacy
International Cooperation partnership
This project goal is to increase awareness about Mental Health issues and to offer solutions for young people and youth workers how to improve overall well-being. It was funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union (Project N. 2023-2-DE04-KA220-YOU-000184980) with the cooperation of NGOS from Bulgaria, Turkey and Serbia.
Through the research questionaries, personal interviews and analysis of various data on Mental Health, we are exploring the state of young people’s Mental Health and their needs in regard to it.
The first partner meeting will take part in Germany, Nuremberg on the 12h of July 2024, where the surveys questions were finalised and the plan of gathering the data was created.

Art and Mindfulness for Cultivating Resilience in At-Risk Youth
This project name is Empower Canvas and seeks to create a nurturing and inclusive framework for at-risk youth facing various types of challenges. It has been funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union (Project N. 2023-3-PT02-KA210-YOU-000176401)
Through its integrated approach involving an online platform, a resilience board game, participatory visits, and workshops, the project aims to develop essential life skills, boost self-confidence, and enhance employability amongst at-risk youth.

Empowerment Women for Entrepreneurship
Multi-stage project including an International Training Course, Practical Toolkit for opening a business or organization, conferences with Female Entrepreneurs and local Workshops in Germany, Turkey and Serbia.

The project aims to run analysis of needs and pains and create hands-on material to encourage business activities among LGBTQ+ communities. Our goal is to showcase good practices, successful case studies and interviews with LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs together with creation of up-to-date resources for funding, prototyping and mentoring .

Weekly Sunday Outdoor Yoga session in the local park (Schlossgarten). Making bodies and minds more resilient, more flexible and relaxed!

Youth Exchange “Celebrating Differences: Fostering Inclusivity in Europe” June 2024
From June 19th to June 29th, 2024, 38 young individuals from Germany, Spain, Turkey, Portugal, and Bulgaria gathered in the beautiful setting of Gran Canaria, Spain, for a transformative program aimed at Celebrating Diversity and Fostering Inclusivity in Europe.
Over the course of ten days, participants engaged in dynamic workshops, insightful discussions, and interactive activities that emphasized the importance of cultural understanding and inclusivity. The program successfully brought together diverse perspectives, encouraging participants to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and embrace the rich cultural tapestry that defines Europe.
Through collaborative projects and cultural exchanges, the group not only deepened their understanding of one another’s backgrounds but also forged lasting connections that transcend borders. The immersive experience allowed them to explore core values such as empathy, respect, and mutual understanding, all while enjoying the vibrant local culture of Gran Canaria.
The program culminated in a shared vision for a more inclusive Europe, with participants leaving inspired and empowered to take what they learned back to their home countries. Their journey in Gran Canaria marked the beginning of ongoing efforts to promote inclusivity and celebrate diversity across Europe, leaving a lasting impact on everyone involved.
Youth Exchange “Youth Goals: Let’s Score” March/April 2024
50 young people from Germany, Spain, Turkey, Czech Republic, Greece gather in Antalya, Turkey from the 27th March to the 5th of April 2024 for Intercultural cooperation, getting to know European Youth Goals and to develop ideas for their development and own interpretations.
Youth Exchange “Living with (DIS)abilities” January 2024
60 young people from Germany, Republic of Macedonia, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria gather in Istanbul, Turkey from the 20th to the 29th of January 2024 for Intercultural cooperation of young people with and without disabilities. The aim is to encourage participants to work and learn together. By creating a safe space to interact freely the project addressed stereotypes, prejudices and sensitive them on the issue of disabilities.
Youth Exchange “Unlocking Youth Potential” December 2023
Through the 9-days project in Izmir, Turkey we aimed to increase entrepreneurial spirit, raise the awareness about about the concept of social entrepreneurship of young people from Germany, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Spain. Besides, we encouraged young people to explore the connection between social entrepreneurship and community development and provided young people with intercultural competencies and problem-solving skills.
Youth Exchange “Multiculturalism: Accept it, Embrace it, Celebrate it!” May 2023
49 participants from Germany, Türkiye, Spain, Italy, Czech
Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia and and Greece gather together from the 2d till the 10th of May in Istanbul, Turkey in order to explore the importance of intercultural dialogue, tools to prevent conflicts and youth radicalisation and foster tolerance.
The core objectives of the project are as follows:
– To underscore how youth-led initiatives can further
foster dialogue and discourage radicalization at its roots
level in multicultural societies in participating countries
– To encourage youth participation in public life as an
effective way to promote and practice intercultural
learning and dialogue;
– To disseminate the opportunities of the Erasmus+ and
ESC programmes between directly involving participants
and other involved young people
Youth Exchange “Reducing Green Footprint” March 2023
Young people from Bulgaria , North Macedonia , Italy , Czech Republic , Croatia ,Greece , Turkey and Germany came together in Alanya, Turkey to increase knowledge on the issues connected with CO2
footprint and to encourage them to reduce their ecological footprint.
The core objectives of the project are as follows:
– to deepen the participants understanding of various ways of
environmental protection and action, creative recycling, upcycling, as
way of raising ecological awareness
– to compare the green and sustainable practices across participating
countries and to support brainstorming of new ideas leading to
– changing daily habits to more environmentally-friendly ones;
– to mobilize the participants and young people to spread up activities around sustainable development goals and green agenda;
