Empowerment Women Through Entrepreneurship

Bridging knowledge and informal education to support girls and women in entrepreneurship.

Objective

This project 2023-1-DE04-KA210-YOU-000165233 aims promote entrepreneurship among  girls and young women aged 16 to 30. Recognizing the underrepresentation of women in the workforce and business sectors, the initiative addresses barriers such as limited access to education and entrepreneurial training.

Target Group

Girls and women, including those with fewer opportunities, who are eager to build their skills, enhance career prospects, and achieve economic independence.

Erasmus+

Erasmus+ is the European Union’s program that promotes education, training, youth, and sport across Europe. Running from 2021 to 2027, the program has a budget of approximately €26.2 billion, aimed at creating opportunities for individuals and organizations in different sectors to enhance skills, employability, and cultural understanding.

Activities

Through cross-sector collaboration and an Erasmus+ framework, it strengthens networks, creates opportunities for future projects, and provides open-source resources like toolkits and community workshops to ensure sustainable impact.
