Unified Rhythm
About this exchange
Unified Rhythm was an Erasmus+ KA154 youth participation project coordinated by Highlights e.V. with Stowarzyszenie Projektow Miedzynarodowych “Logos Polska” (Poland) as partner. Over a twelve-month period, the programme mixed transnational youth participation mobilities with a larger set of local youth participation events.
Two mobility activities involved 20 participants, and fourteen events without mobilities created 393 participant places, for 413 participants across the programme. In Munich, the delivery included social dance gatherings and cultural visits such as the Pinakothek der Moderne, alongside time in Bavarian youth-work venues linked to the Bayerischer Jugendring.
The project created welcoming spaces for young people to take part in civic, social, and cultural life, connecting local participation with international exchange between Germany and Poland.

What we did
Youth participation mobilities
Two youth participation mobility activities brought together 20 participants for transnational learning and exchange.
Local youth participation events
Fourteen youth participation events without mobilities created 393 participant places across the local and regional programme.
Twelve-month project coordination
Project management over twelve months coordinated partners, events, and mobilities throughout the delivery period.
Social dance gatherings
Large social dance events in Munich brought young people together on the floor as part of the participation programme.
Cultural visits in Munich
The programme included visits to cultural venues such as the Pinakothek der Moderne and related exhibition spaces.
Engagement with Bavarian youth structures
Participants spent time in Bavarian youth-work venues linked to the Bayerischer Jugendring.
