About this exchange

Time to Start was an Erasmus+ KA152 youth exchange hosted in Lalvar, Lori, Armenia (12–22 May 2025). The programme gathered 38 participants from Spain, Armenia, Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, and Georgia to explore how entrepreneurship can support sustainability, social responsibility, and personal empowerment.

Through workshops, discussions, and creative teamwork, participants developed eco-friendly business ideas, strengthened communication and leadership skills, and built intercultural connections. Sonríe a Europa (Spain) is named among the partner organisations; additional partner organisation names from Armenia, Georgia, Italy, Germany, and Bulgaria were not confirmed by the team.

Highlights’ exact organisation role remains under review: the team response inferred Coordinator from a mandate document and asked for double-checking, while the legacy public page describes Highlights as a partner in a project coordinated by Sonríe a Europa.
