Unlocking Youth Potential
About this exchange
Unlocking Youth Potential was an Erasmus+ KA152 youth exchange coordinated by Highlights e.V. with International Youth Environment Sport and Development Association (IYESDA) in Türkiye. Through a nine-day programme in İzmir (11–19 December 2023), the project aimed to increase entrepreneurial spirit, raise awareness of social entrepreneurship, explore its connection to community development, and strengthen intercultural competencies and problem-solving skills among young people from Germany, Greece, Türkiye, Romania, and Spain.
Partner countries also included Czech Republic, Spain, Romania, and Greece; organisation names beyond IYESDA were not confirmed by the team and are not listed here.
OBJECTIVES

Social entrepreneurship workshops
Nine days of non-formal learning introduced social entrepreneurship concepts and practice.

Sessions linked entrepreneurial ideas with community needs and local development.
Intercultural skills practice
Group work supported intercultural competencies and collaborative problem-solving.
